ABOUT US

DA Rayner LTD is a small, friendly, family run decorating and building company based in Somerset. Founded by Dave in 1997, Ben, Dave's son joined us in 2007 completing an NVQ level 3 qualification in Painting and decorating and is now in partnership with Dave.

For many years we have also been doing works for our customers other than decorating so whatever the job we can help, some of the jobs we've carried out include carpentry, kitchen fitting, plumbing, Street Furniture, fiberglass roofs, installation of UPVC facias, soffits & gutters and much more.

We always do our very best to please our customers and for many years our work has solely come through repeat business and recomendations, some of our customers have been using Dave for over 25 years. We are very clean when we work, using dustless sanders has been a fantastic addition to our tools making much less dust around the property, we are fully insured with both public & employers liability and all works are guaranteed.

Meet Dave & Ben

Outside of work both are keen on the great outdoors, spending most of their free time busy doing something.

Dave races pigeons during the summer months, winning many prizes over the years including the NFC national Ace pigeon 2021 - A prize for the highest overall points scored in a season for any pigeon in the country competing in National races. A keen 'lawnsman' Dave takes a lot of pride in his beautiful garden, although he can't take much credit for the flowers which are his wife's hobby, the lawn is a passion of Dave's (or obsession, depending who you ask!)

In Ben's spare time he can usually be found at his allotment in Burnham tending his crops with his fiancée Sophie, commented as the site's 'Best kept plot' on more than one occasion this hobby also runs the thin line of passion/obsession.
