DA Rayner LTD have been specialising in commercial, retail & industrial decorating for many years having worked on many commercial sites including Churches, Schools, Hospitals, Police stations, MOD camps etc. Retail sites for Aldi, Pets at Home, Trespass, Starbucks, Costa, Anytime Fitness, Cineworld and many others and industrial units & sites including Ports and Docks so we are well versed in the needs of these types of projects. With an independent H&S advisor on our payroll, CSCS cards, IPAF licences etc we can cover most H&S requirements you may have. We are consistent in undertaking new H&S training to keep up with the latest demands.

Fire proofing
We have vast experience with regard to fireproofing steel & timber for commercial and residential developments, we can provide coatings to achieve 60 minute fire rating (or more if necessary) in whatever finish and colour is desired from clear varnish coatings for fire rating of timber to colour coded gloss, satin and eggshell finishes for steel work.

Spraying
Airless spraying has more or less taken over when it comes to commercial works, big open spaces are perfect for spraying and the finish left is second to none. We use both Airless spray at high pressure for covering vast areas quickly ie ceilings and walls and also HVLP system for finer work like doors, windows etc where an extremely fine finish is desired with high gloss paints. We also have an Air Assisted Airless system which can be used in the same places as Airless but produces much less overspray.
